- Remove stems
- Wash each tomato individually, I recommend a orange vinegar spray, I did.
- Hand dry each tomato, twice and place in freezer safe baggie.
- Suck out all the air you can before sealing the bag shut.
- Double bag the tomatoes before popping in the freezer.
These tomatoes are best for cooked dishes. They can be peeled, diced, chopped, and smashed - do this while frozen. When the tomatoes come back to room temperature, the texture is slightly changed.

- Remove pit from fruit
- Wash
- Poke with toothpicks to make pit hover in center of glass of water (pointy side up)
- Keep in warm, sunny spot with plenty of water.
